03:34to solve the problem.

03:36The Secretary is very concerned with the pricing.

03:40The supply side is fine.

03:43The supply is stable.

03:47We have a buffer.

03:49So if there is any claim to it,

03:52it's up to the buyers of the farmer price.

03:59For now, the buying side of sugar is private sector control.
