00:00It would have been fun to see Dallas win and why I say that is because it would
00:05have been a third consecutive victory for this Cowboys team that would have
00:10put them at six and seven and their chance maybe of seeing the postseason in
00:15the NFC would have been better than even the Bengals right now at five and eight.
00:20Mike McCarthy in large part for this whole season has been a lame duck head
00:25coach where that was the expectation especially after Dak Prescott was
00:30injured for the remainder of the year when a six and seven Dallas team
00:35winners of three straight had guys like us Scott starting to talk about
00:40playoff aspirations for the Cowboys of course it doesn't seem to be a point
00:45now as they fall to five and eight three games behind Washington but still Scott
00:50it would have been fun.
00:55Yeah and then they would have listened.
00:57Good news bad news is they have Philadelphia Washington that's still on
01:00the schedule but you want that in the case of Dallas because those are the
01:04teams you're trying to catch.
01:05Obviously especially Washington.
01:06So you want to be able to play the team that's in front of you whereas
01:09obviously they are a good team but it old and they were starting to sell that
01:13then you know that there was a little bit of buzz.
01:15OK if we run the table we're still alive.
01:18You know you heard Jerry Jones finally go after a game and be all excited
01:22after last week and then throw this you know we can run the table we're in.
01:27So what have it made for good TV.
01:29You know I'm sure they're going to be on national television or at least they
01:32would have been as they've been mathematically alive but that basically
01:35goes all up in smoke.
