00:45Ano po ba yung digestive issues na naranasan during holiday season?
00:53It's holiday season po so uso na naman ang mga kainan.
00:59Hindi maiwasan to really have to go to parties na medyo mapaparami yung kain natin.
01:08It's good to talk about indigestion right now kasi that's a more common problem actually when it comes to the holiday season na medyo mapaparami yung kain, maparami yung inom.
01:20But indigestion is actually a common digestive problem.
01:25That's really not that serious if it's only standing as it is.
01:33Usually, yung nararamdaman natin pag nagkaroon tayo ng indigestion or mas kilala natin sa tawag na impacho,
01:40one of the things na nararamdaman natin or one of the symptoms is pain in your epigastric area.
01:49Epigastric meaning sa baba mismo ng chest natin.
01:57One of the things also na tinitingna natin is mas madali tayong nabubusog or mabagal bumaba yung kinain natin.
02:07So very uncomfortable yung feeling niya pero usually ang sintomas ay nakikita dun sa digestive system natin.
02:17So it's important na alam natin na if it's really indigestion or something else.

02:44One of the things na tinitingna natin is eating habits,
