00:19it was not proven that Echidoro is a resident of the 1st District

00:27The decision in the 1987 Constitution
00:31that states that a congressional aspirant who wants to serve in the District

00:41is also included in the two notarized legal documents that Echidoro read
00:45that he is a resident of the 2nd District.
00:48Because of this, the Commission canceled the COC of the so-called candidate
00:53under the Omnibus Election Code.
