00:00Police Colonel Hector Grijaldo has been arrested by the House Quad Committee

00:05for repeatedly interfering in the hearings of the Joint Panel.

00:09Earlier, the Quad Committee laid out their actions as targets to the critics.

00:30Since the beginning of the 13th hearing of the House Quad Committee,

00:34the Quad Committee Co-Chair Bienvenido Abante Jr. has been hot-tempered

00:38against their critics.

00:40This is the last hearing of the Joint Panel this year,

00:43so the congressmen laid out their actions

00:46regarding the issue of illegal pogos, illegal drugs,

00:49and human rights extrajudicial killings during the previous administration

00:53that they are targeting now.

00:55We decided to separate the prohibition of this type of killings,

01:01or what we now call extrajudicial killings,

01:04from the pecking birth certificates that we have earned.

01:08We immediately decided to give power to the government agencies

01:14to cancel fictitious and late-registered birth certificates.

01:20The persons deprived of liberty, Jimmy Guban and Mark Taguba,

01:26are once again facing the condemnation of illegal drugs.

01:28But Police Col. Hector Grijaldo, who has repeatedly been confronted by the committee,

01:33is no longer showing up for the fourth time due to a health problem.

01:38A few days ago, Grijaldo accused some Quad Comm. leaders

01:41of forcing him to sign the reward system under the Duterte Drug War,

01:46even though the Joint Panel has already denied it.

01:48A while ago, he was already denied contempt and now he is being arrested.

01:52I think we've given him, what's his name, Col. Hector Grijaldo, enough leeway.

01:59We've been too kind to him and I think it's the right time to make an appropriate motion.

02:14shared his experience of the security threat on Wednesday night

02:17While he was traveling in the BGC Taguig City,
