Ingredients:
500g fish fillets (boneless, cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 cup gram flour (besan)
2 tbsp rice flour (for extra crispiness)
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Water (for batter consistency)
Oil (for deep frying)

Instructions:
Prepare the Fish: Wash the fish pieces and pat them dry. Marinate with lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and salt. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
Make the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water to create a thick, smooth batter.
