00:22An additional RM50 million under Digital PMKS Madani and Digital Penjaja Madani grants will

00:27empower local entrepreneurs with essential digital tools, while a strategic RM1 billion

00:33fund bolsters high-value digital businesses, carving out Malaysia's role as Southeast

00:37Asia's new tech hub.

00:39The workforce is also getting a futuristic makeover, with RM7.5 billion dedicated to

00:45training programs in sectors from automation to AI, ensuring Malaysia's competitiveness

00:50in the tech-driven future.

00:52This extensive investment in human capital is designed to equip Malaysians with the skills

00:57needed for tomorrow's jobs, aligning with the global demand for high-tech expertise.

01:03Partnerships with major corporations like TNB and Symedarbi will provide practical industry-specific

01:08training, further enhancing the workforce's readiness for emerging technological challenges.

01:14An additional RM100 million under the Skills Development Fund targets the preparation of

01:19over 20,000 trainees for technical roles in burgeoning fields like EV, aerospace and AI,

01:26setting a solid foundation for Malaysia's future economic resilience.

01:31Under its ASEAN chairmanship, Malaysia will spearhead the ASEAN AI Safety Network and

01:35continue its pioneering efforts in the digital domain.

01:39While Budget 2025 is an economic blueprint, it's also a bold commitment to digital infrastructure,

01:45strategic investments and technological sovereignty, positioning Malaysia as a leader in ASEAN's

01:50inclusive and sustainable digital future.
