00:07by Alvin Baltazar of Radyo Pilipinas in the newspaper Pambansa.

00:13The 2025 National Budget is not for the Malacanang to be unconstitutional.

00:21Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin will also give it.

00:24There will be no chance to be incantational

00:27or to perform a miracle in the National Fund.

00:30According to Bersamin, the 2025 National Budget

00:33was formed by the Congress and the Executive

00:36that will also go through the strict impeachment

00:40of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.

00:42His focus and the President's attention

00:45on the topic of funding,

00:47which is part of his impeachment,

00:49is to look at what is needed

00:53and not a project that should be funded.

00:56The President should be blamed from the start.

01:14in the judiciary for the demand of justice.

01:17But according to Bersamin,

01:19based on his experience as a former member of the judiciary,

01:22it will be difficult to bring it to the Supreme Court

01:25especially if the Executive and the Legislative Department

01:28are in good faith.

01:30For the Executive Secretary,

01:32they will not be able to stop

01:34if there are proper questions in the budget.

01:36But hopefully,

01:38it will not cause them destruction.

01:42Based on my experience as a former member of the judiciary,

01:47it will be difficult to bring it to the Supreme Court

01:52if the two branches of government are in good faith.

01:57We will not be able to stop

01:59if there are quarters who would still like

02:02to be heard on this issue.

02:05But I hope they should not

02:07because that will again be distracting us.

02:10Yesterday, the 6.326 trillion peso budget was added

02:14for the next year.

02:16The education sector is leading the priorities

02:18in the 2025 national budget

02:20followed by the DPWH,

02:22Department of National Defense,

02:24DILG, DOH,

02:26Department of Agriculture,

02:28DSWD, DOTR,

02:30and the Department of Justice.
