00:00Hello and welcome to the latest transfer news roundup. It is Monday, January the 6th and I'll
00:06be taking you through some of the latest transfer headlines. So Matt Crooks, a midfielder formerly
00:11of Middlesbrough, Rotherham United and Huddersfield Town is reportedly closing in on a move to Hull
00:15City. Reports have suggested that he has undergone a medical ahead of a potential permanent switch
00:21to the MKM Stadium. Bradford City have announced two departures today.
00:26Cech Diabate has been recalled from his loan spell by Exeter City and midfielder Corey Evans has
00:31departed following the expiry of the short-term deal he signed fairly recently. Reports have
00:37also claimed that Joe Gelhart will be leaving Leeds United on loan this month. He's found
00:41opportunities very limited since the arrival of Daniel Farkas, manager, and has been linked with
00:45a clutch of championship clubs, Portsmouth, QPR, Plymouth Argyle among those mentioned in the
00:52media and there's also been talk of interest from abroad. Over at Sheffield United they've
00:57been linked with two defenders, Andrew Omobamidele of Nottingham Forest and Grant Hanley of Norwich
01:03City. Leeds have also been linked with Omobamidele. Obviously Sheffield United have lost Harry Souter
01:08to a serious injury. He's been fantastic for them since joining on loan from Leicester City
01:13but it now looks very unlikely that he will play another game for the Blades. And another player
01:18who's been talked to about a lot since the opening of the transfer window is Louis Barry.
01:22Aston Villa recalled him from a loan spell at Stockport County. He did very well there.
01:26Leeds, both Sheffield clubs and Middlesbrough have all been linked with a loan move for him. However,
01:31reports have claimed that Derby County are hoping to get ahead of the crowd and secure
01:35a loan deal for the talented young attacker.
