00:07believes that this was something that was started by human hands. He posted something last night,
00:15clearly very upset about what he was watching on TV and seeing in real life. He said,
00:20there is an arsonist here in LA. May you be beaten unrecognizable, the pain you have caused.
00:26And you understand where that emotion is coming from.
00:30Of course. And also when you're watching TV, you know, there's kind of a flood of
00:35information that's coming out sometimes from the reporters, the anchors, people on the street,
00:40on the fire department. So you hear things and, you know, it is just, it is tough to
00:45sift through it all. And there are things that are also posted online,
00:47in particular this fire we're looking at here. Last night in Studio City, there were things
00:52online where people were saying there were men in masks who started this fire. Now,
00:58as for whether or not that is accurate, the fire officials here in LA and the police
01:06to this point have told us they have no evidence that there is arson. Are they investigating?
01:11Of course. Absolutely.
01:12And by the way, these officials that we spoke to say specifically arson investigators,
01:17the arson team, are the people behind looking into all of these fires that are spreading across
01:24the LA area. So they would be the ones that would call the shot and say, yes, this is arson.
01:29They are just not at that point to say specifically these fires are caused by arsonists yet,
01:35because the investigation is in the very early stages. I mean,
01:38these fires aren't even contained at this point.

01:47calling out an alleged arsonist with zero receipts to back it up.
