00:00Today is the opening ceremony of the Chek Shura programme for early childhood education.
00:11Not only in Kuala Lumpur, but also throughout the country.
00:16Yesterday in Kedah, Kelantan, today in Kuala Lumpur, Johor and Sabah.
00:24And tomorrow it will continue throughout the country.
00:27I would like to welcome all the leaders of Malaysia.
00:31Starting from me, Minister Timbalan, Dato' Cashew, Chairperson and others.
00:40So the message I would like to convey with regards to early childhood education is
00:44First, the issue of improvement and expansion.
00:47As mentioned earlier, I would like to inform you that this expansion will continue this year
00:52Including level 6.
00:55Previously, it was only from level 1 to level 5.
00:58And for the year 2025, we have expanded this aid to level 6 students.
01:08The second is how this transaction is very important.
01:13Especially to ensure that the process can be given quickly and safely.
01:19Therefore, we have proposed and assured steps to ensure that it can be continued in a safe and sound management context.
01:31Therefore, we are expanding this year.
01:34Previously, it was only limited to one or two banks.
01:40This year, we are expanding.
01:42The credit can be entered into any parents, caregivers and children's accounts.
01:48And for those who are still using or receiving financial assistance,
01:55As far as I often remember, more than RM10,000 must comply with our regulations.
02:04Including the issue of security control and also directed by the police to get and take money from the bank.
02:11So, we are ensuring that all processes are going well.
02:17Our previous experience shows that this process is a safe and sound process.
02:23And the most important thing is to give priority and benefits to the people.
02:28So, my hope to all parents is that as long as you accept this RM150,
02:34This RM150 must be used fully for the use and preparation of our children's education.
02:42So, the school must give this RM150 to the parents.
02:47And don't cut it off.
02:49You can't cut it off.
02:51This RM150 must be received by the parents as we have announced.
02:57That is, every child will receive RM150.
03:00So, for today, benefits to 288 schools with a total amount of more than RM34 million.
03:07For the constituency only.
03:10As for other countries, we will inform you from time to time after this.
03:14InsyaAllah.
03:15So, thank you. Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
