00:07there were scammers who pretended to be relatives of the victims

00:11and asked for donation online.

00:21the death of three of her children

00:25in the fire in Santa Mesa, Manila on Tuesday

00:28who were trapped in their burning house

00:31by their siblings aged 7, 10 and 16

00:34who were sleeping on the second floor.

00:36The family also couldn't accept

00:38that the three were using their children for fraud.

00:42In an interview with GMA Integrated News

00:44with the mother of the victims,

00:46she told that some scammers

00:48pretended to be relatives of their children

00:50and asked for donation online.

01:12what happened when a fire broke out

01:14in their house on Tuesday.

01:16It was only a few meters from her mom's store.

01:19Her 6th child, her twin brother, was still outside.

01:23She tried to enter the house

01:25to save her three sleeping children.

01:28But her neighbors pulled her.

01:31Some of her neighbors also brought

01:33fire extinguishers in the barangay

01:35hoping that the fire will be extinguished.

01:37But the fire extinguishers had no contents.

01:43It's sad because four of them had no contents.

01:46The barangay found it and said

01:48that only one of the fire extinguishers had no contents.

01:51Everything that the barangay did to help them,

01:55they did it all.

01:57They know that. People know that.

01:59Of course, we don't know about the fire.

02:05the authorities' response.
