00:00Outside here at the GTEC Community Stadium where Liverpool battled to a dramatic 2-0 victory over Bremfors.
00:08Their first win in 2025. To move as things stand, seven points clear at the top of the Premier League table.
00:15Might be four again, depends on Arsenal's results, it means that's available.
00:19Liverpool left it late, 37 shots in total and the winner didn't arrive until the 91st minute.
00:27We had Darwin Nunes coming up with a big moment off the bench, two big moments in fact.
00:32He's had to take a fair bit of criticism this season, Darwin Nunes, it hasn't quite gone for him in his fair campaign at Liverpool.
00:39But he certainly likes playing here, he scored a fantastic goal last season and two late on.
00:45Liverpool were the better team, but make no bones about it, Bremford definitely carried the threat on the counter-attack.
00:52Had they had a little bit more cutting edge, then it might have been a little bit different.
00:55Certainly in the fifth minutes when the ball came across Liverpool's box,
01:00I think Al Damsgaard should score from four or five yards out.
01:04First half, Liverpool started to get on top and create an awful lot of clear-cut chances.
01:11Lewis Diggard's got a header wrong, Thomas Subbos cracked the crossbar from long range.
01:18In the 39th minute, they mustered a counter of their own. Liverpool and Cody Garthpoe started with a great ball out to Mo Salah.
01:25Garthpoe in space, the ball was maybe just a little bit far ahead of him and an acute angle he shot wide.
01:31Liverpool come up the blocks well in the second half, had chances.
01:35Garthpoe was saved by Mark Fleckhan, the Bremford goalkeeper.
01:39They were probing Liverpool, they were struggling to break Bremford's arm really.
01:46You thought whether it was ever going to come, like against Nottingham Forest a couple of days earlier.
01:52But as I say, Nunes came up with a big moment, made an impact off the bench.
01:56Harvey Elliott as well was excellent off the bench, he slipped in Trent Alexander-Arnold.
02:01His cross was partially clear but it came back to Alexander-Arnold and he picked out Nunes who fired home.
02:09It was euphoric, went over to Liverpool fans to celebrate in the corner.
02:14Two minutes later with Bremford pushing for an equaliser, Liverpool on the counter did really well.
02:20Federico Chiesa who came off the bench did really well to hold it up.
02:25It was played through from Elliott to Nunes and he hammered home.
02:29Liverpool needed that because they haven't been playing badly, Liverpool.
02:35Just to carry on the momentum because had there been three draws in the league it would have stopped that momentum a little bit.
02:41It's good psychologically as well.
02:45I thought they played well, Liverpool had 37 shots on target.
02:50A lot of corners they should have done better with.
02:53I think Arnold Slott would have been happy regardless if Liverpool didn't win with the performance.
03:00The win was definitely deserved albeit Bremford had chances of their own.
03:06Now Liverpool move on to Lille in the Champions League.
03:10Maybe Arnold Slott will make changes given Liverpool are through and then Ipswich at Anfield.
03:15Which is a little bit of a banana skin but a good one for the travelling fans to celebrate on their way home.
03:24Liverpool will be delighted for Liverpool 2-0 Bremford.
