00:28mentioned that there was a discrepancy in the 2025 national budget.

00:33This was confirmed by Malacanang

00:35and the fake news or false information of Duterte.

00:39He falsely spread the false information

00:43and considered it as a criminal act.

00:48He's lying.

00:51He's a president.

00:52He knows that you cannot pass a GAA without a blank.

00:57He's lying.

00:59And he's lying because he knows perfectly well

01:02that that doesn't ever happen.

01:06In the history of the whole Philippines,

01:10the GAA is not allowed to have an item

01:16that does not state what the project is

01:19and what the cost is, what the fund is.

01:25So, it's a lie.

01:31I was watching the news earlier today

01:33and people were saying,

01:34it's 4,000 pages.

01:35How are we going to process that?

01:38It's like this,

03:05being sent to various shell companies.
