00:44The DOT provides alternative livelihood training,
00:48including community-based culinary and basic health care,
00:52and a massage that can help in the transition period by curing calamities and recovery.
00:59While the DSWD will provide cash assistance.
01:03According to Secretary Rex Gatchalian,
01:05the tourism workers are considered marginalized and vulnerable,
01:10especially since tourism has a huge impact on the country's economy.
