00:00So, let's take a quick look in at race number 10.
00:02That's going to be one of the races we're going to preview in this show in the next
00:07hour or so.
00:08It's the Pegasus World Cup Philly and Mare Turf.
00:11Just to give everybody an idea of who are some of the major players, you have Rakia,
00:15who's coming in into the Todd Pletcher barn, who we last saw win a race at Del Mar, who
00:19I think will take a lot of money down on the inside.
00:22Fluffy Socks, she'll come running late.
00:25She was only 7-2 in this race last year.
00:27And then towards the outside, I think Sacred Wish is another one who's just in really
00:31nice form right now.
00:32Couple of the major players in the Philly and Mare Turf.
00:35As we move to race number 11, I think one of the major players in this one, this is
00:40the inside info, you're going to have the outside Emery as a real, real horse to beat.
00:45So I'm looking forward to analyzing that race, seeing if we're going to beat maybe Emery,
00:50or we're going to go in different directions.
00:52The 12th race, it's the Pegasus World Cup Turf, and that's where we're going to see
00:56some of the best horses in the world shipping in.
00:59They're all going to be running for that million-dollar purse.
01:01Race number 12, a couple of the headliners in this one, to the outside, you're going
01:06to see Nations Pride, who is a very, very talented world traveler.
01:10You'll also see Integration, who's probably one of the better local horses, who was actually
01:15favored in this race last year, and a major player.
01:18And then as we get into the World Cup, Bailey, we're not going to be talking with you a whole
01:22lot about the World Cup, but give us a thought real quick.
01:25We have Saudi Crown, who's probably going to be showing some speed to the inside.
01:29We've got the local hero, Waidabario, and then to the outside, you've got the young
01:33up-and-coming Lightly Race, Locked.
01:35Those are some of the major players, but who is a horse or two that's on your radar?
01:40Another one on my radar that you didn't mention, as shown here on the graphics, the number
01:43six, Stronghold.
01:45So a California-based horse has been in the trifecta in the Pegasus in eight of its nine
01:49editions.
01:50Stronghold is my key play underneath Waidabario and Locked in the Pegasus World Cup.
01:56Yeah, Stronghold is one of those horses who we saw as a three-year-old, and now as a four-year-old,
02:00you could see he's just improving, he's developing, he's maturing, he's coming off of a faster
02:04speed figure last time out.
02:06So three big Pegasus World Cup races today, lots of bets on Saturday, lots of betting
02:13opportunities for everybody there.
02:15And we're going to pick the brains of a couple of different really sharp handicappers over
02:18the next hour or so right here on Sports Grid.
