00:05who believes that there is no need for a new law for Comprehensive Sexuality Education.

00:15There is no need for a new law against Teenage Pregnancy,

00:19according to Health Secretary Ted Herbosa.

00:22We have Reproductive Health Law.

00:24It is important that we teach all of our citizens

00:29that the problem is unplanned pregnancies

00:34and the increase in deaths due to childbirth.

00:39Herbosa said that in the R.H. Law,

00:41CSE or Comprehensive Sexuality Education

00:45needs to be implemented correctly.

00:48We are still waiting for a comment from Senator Risa Hontiveros

00:51who approved the Senate Bill 1979

00:54or Prevention of Adolescent Pregnancy Act of 2023

00:57which included support for various groups.
