El presidente recién llegado de su gira por Estados Unidos y Suiza, lidera el acto oficial del Día Internacional del Holocausto. Este es su primer evento oficial desde su regreso y se produce un año después de que pidiera la liberación de los civiles argentinos secuestrados por Hamás. El evento conmemora a las víctimas del Holocausto y tiene un fuerte peso simbólico en medio de la actual crisis con Hamás y la búsqueda continua de los rehenes en la Franja de Gaza.
