00:20The Justice Department requested that the six accused of the disappearance of soap operators in Manila Arena in 2022 be arrested again.

00:34The Court of Appeals overturned the decision of the Manila RTC Branch 40 to allow them to pay P3 million for the non-bailable cases of kidnapping and serious illegal detention.

00:46In the resolution of the Court of Appeals, he said that he saw a lot of points that were not evaluated properly.

01:01The CA also said that the court abused his discretion in allowing the accused to pay P3 million because he has strong evidence of guilt.

01:11The CA also did not give the recantation of a witness because he did not return the previous statements to the court.
