00:00The first thing I would like to say is about the percentage of low and middle school students.
00:10According to statistics, in 2020, the percentage of low school students was 0.10%,
00:19which is 2,437 people.
00:22In 2024, it dropped to 0.06%, which is 1,595 people.
00:32In middle school, in 2020, the percentage of low school students was 1.13%,
00:39which is 19,311 people.
00:43It also dropped from 0.06% to 0.64% in 2024, to 11,412 people.
00:53And from this figure, KPMG's efforts to return students to school,
01:01in 2024, 883 low school students were returned to school,
01:09and 1,990 middle school students were returned to school in 2024.
01:16This is KPMG's effort to return our low school students.
01:22That's number one.
01:23Number two is about comprehensive schools, K-9 and K-11.
01:29So far, we have 28 K-9 schools,
01:34as well as two K-11 schools in Petau, Pahang, and Lombardian, Sarawak.
01:42And this year, in 2025, KPMG plans to expand the number of K-9 schools
01:51to seven schools, and the location and name of the schools will be announced in the near future.
01:58So, this year, seven more schools will be K-9 schools.
02:03At the same time, KPMG is also evaluating the feasibility
02:08to make some of the K-9 schools available as K-11 schools.
02:16And this is part of KPMG's efforts to address the issue of discrimination.
02:22Thank you, Dato' Speaker.
