02:05Comelec said that if the parliamentary elections will be decided by the law,

02:10they don't have funds for this, that's why they will ask for 2.5 billion pesos from the Congress

02:16that will be used for the printing of balotas to pay the teachers' fees

02:21and to lease contracts for the automated elections.

02:25Meanwhile, Comelec is printing balotas for the midterm elections.

02:31For now, they are printing 13 million.

02:34The Commission will expedite the manual verification,

02:38so they will add 250 to 300 people for this and will move the verification location.

02:46There is no space in the National Printing Office, their building is small.

02:51Therefore, for us to go for additional verification, we will need a large space.

02:58We will be leased the entire Amaranto Stadium.

03:01Comelec insisted that the verification of balotas will not be affected
