00:08And one of the super cool things about doing this stuff on Media Row is all the people that you meet,
00:13that you've never met before, that you've seen on TV, that you've seen online,
00:17such as Paige Boranek, kicking it with us here right now.
00:21Internet sensation, now with her own webpage,
00:26now with The Grid, known for her golf content, but Paige, I know you're a big sports fan,
00:31you like to lay it down, I saw you at the Media Circus, the Media Night,
00:37what did you think? I tell you what, that's not like any golf tournament you've been to before, huh?
00:42No, that was crazy, second time I've ever done it, and we had fun with it,
00:46and it's kind of a play on our new show, Gimme Props, where people just give me a ton of interesting prop bets,
00:52and one of the prop bets we did last night was how long it would take me to get from the back to the front,
00:57which is like 45-50 minutes.
01:00It wasn't easy. And I saw you moving along, you were like a ship passing through the night in the water.
01:06I was making progress.
01:08You were there, and then you were there, and then you were there.
01:10And then all of a sudden, there was this girl that gave me the elbow,
01:15and then there was this little kid that absolutely bodied me, and I'm like, I'm not built for this,
01:19I'm just going to wait my turn, and I got to the front. I did it.
01:22I got steamrolled last night by Uncle Guillermo of the Jimmy Kimmel Show. No joke.
01:26And I even liked him. I was like, hey, Guillermo, and he just sort of like body-checked me,
01:30like out of the way, trying to get to Travis Kemp.
01:32Oh no, I felt that too, yeah.
01:35So here it is, so Gimme Props. So tell us about this.
01:38People are going to basically challenge you, or come up with their own props.
01:42How does this work?
01:43Yeah, so Gimme Props, it's on YouTube, so you can go to Lost Pages.
01:48So instead of Las Vegas, Lost Pages.
01:50Lost Pages, yeah, so my name with an A-S on the end of it.
01:53And people wrote in a ton of really interesting prop bets,
01:57and so the first episode launched on February 2nd, and it was dirty balls.
02:03And so I just had to clean as many dirty golf balls as possible in 60 seconds,
02:09and the next one after that was a double-stacked burger, and I had to get into it in five bites.
02:15So are you almost getting scared right now, or like do you get anxiety
02:18before you see what people are going to come up with?
02:20Because there's a lot of crazy people out there who are going to come up with a lot of crazy things.
02:23There are a lot of crazy people out there.
02:25You have to have fun with it, and that's what we were doing.
02:27But yeah, some of the challenges that are looming ahead of me are quite scary.
02:33So what is it? You're known for your golf content, you played golf,
02:37you're known in the golf world, but as I stated, you're a sports fan as well.
02:42Tell us about your background a little bit, about your passion for sports,
02:46and how did you start playing golf?
02:47Yeah, so I was actually a competitive gymnast before I switched into golf.
02:51I always wanted to be a professional athlete because I come from a real sports-crazy family.
02:57My mom, she was a professional ballet dancer.
02:59My aunt played professional tennis.
03:01My dad played football at Pitt when they won a national championship.
03:05My sister ran track at Stanford, so it's just kind of in my blood to love all sports,
03:11and so I've always obviously loved golf, but it's been nice to kind of branch out a little bit more
03:16and get into different sports and different topics and not just always do golf.
03:21For people that don't know you, so exactly, people know you so much for golf.
03:25So who are your favorite teams? Like NFL team, who's your favorite NFL team?
03:28Yeah, so both my parents are from Pittsburgh, so I bleed black and gold, baby.
03:33And we see you visit Pittsburgh. How about that?
03:35So should people visit Pittsburgh at the NFL Draft?
03:38Not this year, but next year, the NFL Draft is going to Pittsburgh.
03:40Absolutely. I love Pittsburgh, and one of my favorite golf courses of all time, Oakmont, is there as well.
03:47So it's just a great place with good people.
03:49What did you think of Rory's win at Pebble Beach?
03:51You know, Rory plays really well when he has a bit of a chip on his shoulder and something to prove,
03:57and he's a dangerous Rory right now, and I think, I don't want to say this to Pat.
04:02That's what I was going to challenge you with my own prop is a betting prop.
04:05Can he win the Masters? Because that's where we're going with this, right?
04:08I have put money on Rory to win the Masters every year.
04:11So you almost have to. When you bet golf, right, when you bet on a player to win a tournament, you have to do it over.
04:15You have to. You have to.
04:16It's like me with Xander. I bet Xander over and over and over to win a major,
04:20and then he finally did, and I cashed in, and I was like, I couldn't, like, you can't, you can't bet.
04:25I had money on him on there, too, because it's like, you feel it.
04:28But golf is really different than other sports where, you know, they start to trend, and you can see it,
04:33and it's like, I'm going to keep betting them because it's going to happen soon.
04:36And Xander was one of those players where floodgates were open as soon as he got that major win and that monkey off his back.
04:42What do you think of the TGL? Because I like betting on golf, and I'm kind of like a, you know, I watch the majors.
04:49We talk about golf on a weekly basis. We bet on the tournaments.
04:52But I'm sort of one of these people, I enjoy this TGL stuff.
04:56I like the indoor, you know what I mean? It's quick, it's fun, and you can bet on it.
05:00What are your thoughts on the direction of that?
05:02I think it's great. I mean, we were always, as a golf community, we're going to see a reduce in numbers and interest once Tiger wasn't playing week in and week out.
05:11And it's kind of just been the perfect storm with the Liv vs. PGA Tour and Tiger not playing consistently.
05:18And so everyone's constantly complaining about golf right now.
05:22And TGL is something that's different, and that's fun, that will reach new eyeballs, and that's exactly what golf needs.
05:27So I'm a fan. I like when they try new things and really push the envelope.
05:31Yeah, you know, that's it. It's about bringing in new fans.
05:34And as long as people are talking about the sport, I think it's good, right?
05:36Absolutely. Good and bad. I think any type of controversy will even bring more people in, too.
05:41Exactly. Competition could be good.
05:43So give me props. I'm going to ask you for a couple of props.
05:46Like, number one, who's going to win the Super Bowl?
05:48So it's not a prop bet on the game, but who are you leaning with right now?
05:51The Kansas City Chiefs or the Philadelphia Eagles?
05:53You know, it's funny. I've been really just team, you know, I hope everyone has fun.
05:59You know, I'm a Steelers fan.
06:00And if you're a Pittsburgh Steelers fan, yeah, it's not easy to love Philadelphia, right?
06:03It's hard, but I will say that I am team Taylor Swift, and so got to go with the Chiefs.
06:08And it would be cool to see them make history.
06:11I got to tell you, and I don't know how many Chiefs you spoke to last night.
06:13I love the Buffalo Bills page, and we keep losing to the Kansas City Chiefs four times.
06:18I'd like to hate them. I met, like, half the team last night, and they were all super chill, nice people.
06:24I know.
06:25I didn't want to like them.
06:26People, like, even try to think, oh, Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift.
06:29Travis Kelsey is, like, one of the nicest people in sports.
06:32Yeah, and he's interesting and always trying new things, but I am a big Bills fan as well,
06:37and I would have loved to see Commander Bills.

06:40You know how cool it would be if we were talking about the Buffalo Bills in the Super Bowl right now?
06:43Yeah, I always just think Jets fans, though.
