00:00The Department of Labor and Employment approved the result of the labor force survey
00:06that shows that the number of Filipinos who have no job is decreasing.

00:23The strategies and programs of the Department of Labor and Employment, or DOLE, are effective
00:30in decreasing the number of Filipinos who have no job.
00:34In a statement of Radyo Pilipinas, the Bureau of Local Employment, Director Patrick Patriwirawan Jr. said
00:40that the continuous approach of our countrymen to the Public Employment Service Office, or PESO,
00:46even if the job fairs in their areas are already over,
00:49he added that the seasonal jobs that were created last Christmas season.
00:54The result of the labor force survey for this month of December is good.
01:00This proves that the strategies, programs, and services that we approved last year
01:06have been effective in ensuring that our countrymen have access to jobs.
01:13DOLE also announced that there will be many more job fairs this February and next month,
01:18in accordance with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s directive to give jobs to Filipinos.
01:25DOLE assures that they will continue to implement the government's programs
01:30to meet the unemployment target for the coming years.
01:34We continue to monitor the situation of our countrymen.
