00:18Samsung's other models as the mobile operator seeks to revive its fortunes after a number
00:24of years slumping in sales. The South Korean company also announced a folding phone, the
00:29Samsung Fold, which is not technically the first folding phone, but it is the first of
00:34its kind in that price range and that level of complexity. That will come out in a couple
00:39of months' time, much sooner than many expected. In other news, developer Miras has announced
00:45plans to build a new central park, as it calls it. The park will be located in City Walk
00:51and will be the centrepiece of a new residential community. The park is 40,000 square metres
00:56in size and it's not clear as of yet whether this will be a public park or a private park,
01:02as Miras refers to it as a private park. We're not sure yet whether it will be open to the
01:07public as a result. And lastly, the Bank Standard Chartered has set aside $900 million to settle
01:14two separate investigations, one in the UK into FX trading breaches and one into breaches
01:20of sanctions in the US. The Financial Times previously reported that the bank would have
01:25to put aside $1.5 billion. That now appears to have been reduced to $900 million, but
01:31we're yet to hear the full details around the settlement into those two cases. We'll
