00:00Malacanang denied that Secretary Jaime Bautista was detained and was not detained in his position.

00:08Meanwhile, Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin called for speculation that two more secretaries will also be detained in the Cabinet.

00:23Malacanang denied that Secretary Jaime Bautista was detained in his position as a secretary of the DOTR

00:29because he was not content with his performance in the Cabinet.

00:34Meanwhile, Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin said that Bautista's conversation with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. was lengthy.

00:44Bersamin added that during their conversation, it became clear to the President that Bautista really needs to rest in his official duties.

00:54Bersamin said that the President did not consider accepting Bautista's resignation but because of his health condition.

01:03So when the President and Secretary Bautista talked about it, it became clear to the President that Secretary Bautista may really need to take a rest from official duties.

01:33Dizon Kapwa of the Legislature and Executive that served as the Chief of Staff of the former Senate President Eduardo Angara

01:39and became the Presidential Advisor and Deputy Chief Implementer against COVID-19 at the time of the former President Rodrigo Duterte.

01:47Dizon also served as the Presidential Advisor on flagship programs and projects,

01:52aside from being the President and CEO of the Bases Conversion Development Authority.

01:58Meanwhile, Bersamin called for a speculation.

02:01He said that two more secretaries will be removed as members of the Cabinet.

02:05According to the Executive Secretary, they do not want to give dignity to speculations.

02:12We do not have compelling reasons, but speculations are right, so we just cannot dignify speculations.
