00:00The NSC can deny the Philippines' decision to withdraw from the Taifon Missile System in the country

00:07following China's alliance.

00:09Meanwhile, the PCG firmly continues to guard the ships of China in our territory.

00:15This is Patrick De Jesus of PTV in the center of the news. Yes, Patrick.

00:21Angelique, the National Security Council is once again defending the preservation of the Taifon Missile System in the Philippines.

00:30This is followed by China's alliance where they said that the Philippines has a commitment to withdraw it.

00:38The NSC said that the Philippines has never made such a promise

00:45where the preservation of the Taifon Missile System in the country is for the withdrawal.

00:50The NSC did not comment on China's abrogation of their military capability.

00:57But why are they continuing to do so?

01:01We feel that it is deceptive on the part of the People's Republic of China

01:07to comment on our right to improve our defense capabilities and position

01:13while they continue to improve their offensive capabilities.

01:18The NSC also denied that the Philippines does not spread anti-China rhetoric

01:23because our relationship with China is still maintained.

01:28This is followed by the arrest of some Chinese nationalists because of the espionage.

01:34The NSC said that there is enough evidence here where the cases are being investigated.

01:40There is no anti-China rhetoric that is being propagated.

01:44We just happen to have the evidence to pin down several Chinese nationals

01:50who have been arrested by Philippine law enforcement authorities in the act of espionage.

01:55Meanwhile, the PCG continues to guard the ships of China in our Exclusive Economic Zone in the West Philippine Sea.

02:02As of now, more than 100 nautical miles from Baning, Pangasinan,

02:07the China Coast Guard 3304 has been hit by the PCG's ship BRP Capra.

02:13The monster ship left Scarborough Shoal and monitored 164 nautical miles from Cabra Island, Mindoro,

02:21which is sailing to the south.
