00:00Miralco called a group that is too stingy on electricity, Gate ng Miralco, a misleading group.

00:07The mentioned 1 peso and 35 centavos per kilowatt hour is the average distribution rate

00:13approved by the Energy Regulatory Commission for all customer class.

00:17And what Miralco is asking for is the actual consumption of the customers

00:22that he is earning from the bill and not average.

00:24The National Association of Electricity Consumers for Reform or NACICOR wrote to the ERC

00:30because of the overcharging that Miralco is receiving.

00:32The ERC is now verifying the data to answer the letter from NACICOR.

00:36Meanwhile, Miralco's claim that they are overdue,

00:39they are asking for an additional 33 centavos for the distribution charge.

00:45And they can prove to the ERC the need for an increase.
