00:00Good morning to all. Today is February 21, 2025 and here is an update on the weather forecast for the next 24 hours.
00:09At the moment, we do not have a monitored storm or low-pressure area that may be affected in our area of responsibility.
00:17However, a large part of our country is still experiencing rainfall due to shearline and amnesia,
00:24where we are still experiencing moderate to heavy and sometimes intense rains here in Southern Luzon, Visayas and in some parts of Mindanao.

00:42Meanwhile, the sky will also be cloudy with occasional rains in a large part of Northern Luzon,
00:48Central Luzon, Metro Manila and in some parts of Amihan.

01:11And as for the weather forecast for this Friday, the sky will be cloudy and we will still experience moderate to heavy rains
01:21here in the Bicol region, Maropa and Quezon along the shearline.
01:26Meanwhile, the weather will also be gloomy and there will be occasional rains here in Metro Manila,
01:33Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Quezon, Aurora and in some parts of Calabarzon,
01:41and in some parts of Amihan.

01:49Meanwhile, in some parts of Ilocos Region and in some parts of Central Luzon,
01:54the sky will be cloudy and we will only experience isolated and mild rains

02:04The temperature here in Metro Manila is from 23 to 30 degrees Celsius.
02:11Meanwhile, in Visayas and Mindanao, the whole area of Visayas and Palawan,
02:18Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Zamboanga Peninsula and Davao Oriental
02:24will also experience cloudy skies and rains.
02:28These rains are moderate to heavy and sometimes intense,
02:33especially here in the area of Eastern Visayas and Caraga along the shearline.

03:46Marinduque, Quezon, Camarines Norte and Camarines Sur
03:49in the area of Catanduanes, Albay, Masbate, Aklan, Capiz
03:54also in the part of Samar, Biliran and Leyte.
03:58Meanwhile, tomorrow, we will still experience moderate to heavy rains
04:03also here in the part of Palawan, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, Aklan, Capiz
04:09also in the part of Masbate, Northern Samar, Samar, Eastern Samar
04:13also in the area of Biliran, Leyte, Southern Leyte, Dinagat Island and Surigao del Norte
04:19this is still affected by the shearline.
