DLSU beats Adamson in straight sets in UAAP women's volleyball  The De La Salle Lady Spikers beat the Adamson Lady Falcons in straight sets, 25-21, 26-24, 25-20, in the UAAP Season 87 women’s volleyball tournament at the FilOil EcoOil Center on Feb. 22, 2025. Alleiah Malaluan fired 16 points, including the clincher to lead the Lady Spikers, who recovered from their season-opening 23-25, 21-25, 18-25 loss to the defending champions, the National University Lady Bulldogs last Feb. 16. 00:00I think what we lack is confidence in ourselves.

00:05So, because of our perceived lack of self-confidence and belief in ourselves.

00:14And at the same time, maybe because of the lack of self-confidence in ourselves.

00:20So, in our experience here in San Diego,

00:26we have learned that we need to overcome the pressure that we have always had.

00:33So, and now, our first year is like the first year of 2019.

00:38Potentially, if you are living your first year, the second year will be the same.

00:42And in the third year, you know, in the third year,

00:45you will have more confidence in yourself.

01:41Usually, it's the opening day.

01:44Again, it's the learning process.

01:46So, what did you learn from there?

01:50Actually, there were a lot of learnings for me.

01:53Especially, coming up to AAP, we won our first game.

01:57And then, the same thing happened to us when we came to the C-Squad.

02:03But, we also gained a lot of learnings when we lost.

02:10We also had a lot of freelancing.

02:16As a team and also as an individual, we were able to help each other.

02:23And we are slowly regaining our confidence.
