00:11I know there are a lot of people with me and a lot of things are happening here in Lalawigan,

00:17in Cebu, Cebu City, Mandaue City, but still you're here.

00:22I'm here to join the indignation rally tonight with President Rodrigo Duterte at Kasama Ang Hakbang ng Maisog.

00:32And I believe some of my teammates in Team Suka, yung mga Duterte approved and certified senatorial candidates will be joining.

00:44Others I think in person and others will just be sending their video greetings.

00:49And we are one with the people of Cebu in expressing their indignation and in the strongest term possible in condemning the many abuses,

01:02both human rights and specifically yung pag-abuso sa pag-gamit ng pera ng mga Pilipino.

01:12At mayinit na mayinit ding pinag-uusapan yung ating isinampang petition for certiorari and prohibition sa Korte Suprema,

01:21asking the court to declare as null and void, illegal, immoral, unlawful, invalid, unconstitutional,

01:28itong 2025 budget na nakitaan natin ng napakaraming blank items sa final approved, ratified, signed and filed

01:38by CCC report na siyang naging basihan at pondasyon ng ating taon ng budget.

01:44Of the 28 items that were left in blank, halos P241B ang halaga ng mga blankong yan.

01:55Kaya natin sinasabing unconstitutional because as you know, it would be very difficult for the present administration,

02:05to come to the figure of having a P6.3T budget kung mayroon 28 items na blanko at mayroon P241B halagang nawawala.

02:18Paano ka nagkaroon ng sumang P6.3T budget for 2025?

02:25Lagi kong ginagamit, halimbawa, ang grade 1 student, tanungin mo 1 plus 1, sasagutin ka, tama ito, 2.

02:32Tanungin mo ng 2 plus 2, sasagutin ka, 4, tama pa rin.

02:36Pero kahit kayong magagaling at veterano, jurnalista at periodista,

02:39pati yung mga membura na tinatawang natin yung media ngayong hapon sa kwartong ito,

02:44tanungin ko kayo 3 plus blank, mahirap sagutin yan.

02:47Pero yan ay nasagot ng ating mga mga mababatas.

02:51Sa kung paano paraan, yan yung ating inaalam dahil nakita natin, ipinakita natin,

02:56na blanko yung final approved, ratified and signed by CCC.
