As Australian cities sprawl, outer suburbs are lacking basic services

Amid Australia’s housing crisis, the federal, state and territory governments are prioritising the need for more infill and development within their inner city and already established areas. While increasing density is a part of the solution, outer suburbs across the country are still growing, often without enough thought or planning to ensure those who live there are not left behind.
