We all make pakoras in Ramzan but here is something that will speed things up in the kitchen in this Ramadan. Make this in advance and you will have Pakoras in just 15 min.

Ingredients:
-Besan (Gram flour) sifted 1 kg
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) 1 tbsp ( optional)
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) Roasted & crushed 4 tbsp
-Kasoori Methi ( Dry Fenugreek Leaves ) 3 tbsp
-Zeera (Cumin ) Roasted & Crushed 2 tbsp
-Corn flour 1 cup
-Chaat Masala 2 tbsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp (optional)
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 3 tbsp
-Baking soda 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1+ 1/2 tbsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch 3 tbsp ( Kashmiri red chili )
-Leshun powder 1 tbsp ( Garlic Powder )



Directions:

-In bowl, add gram flour, carom seeds, coriander seeds, cumin powder, turmeric powder ,red chili powder, baking soda, salt , cumin seeds, corn flour , kashmiri red chili, chaat masala , dry fenugreek leaves , garlic powder and mix well.
-Can be store in air tight container for up to 1 month at cool & dry place.
