Ingredients for Pakora Mixture:
Carrot (julienne) 1+ 1/2 cup ( Gajar )
Potato ( julienne ) 1 cup ( Aloo )
Onion (Sliced) 1 cup ( Pyaz )
Cabbage 1/2 cup ( Band Gobhi )
Tomatoes (julienne) 1/4 cup ( Tamatar)
Capsicum (julienne) 1/4 cup ( Shimla Mirch )
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp ( Hari Mirch )
Gram flour 1 cup ( Baisan )
Rice flour 1/2 cup ( Chawalon ka atta )
Coriander powder 2 tbsp ( Dhania powder )
Red chili flakes 1tbsp ( Dhara mirch )
Red chili powder 1tbsp ( Lal Mirch powder )
Chaat Masala 1/2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1tbsp ( Zeera )
Salt 1tsp ( Namak )
Water as required ( Pani )
Eggs (boiled) 3-4
Directions:
1. In a bowl add carrot, onion, tomatoes, potato, cabbage , capsicum, green chilies, gram flour, rice flour, coriander powder, red chili flakes, red chili powder cumin powder, chaat masala, salt and water. Mix it well.
2. Now coat the boiled egg with the mixture.
3. Now fry it until it gets golden brown.
4. serve with any sauce.
