CHED, PRC sign agreement allowing colleges to certify their licensure programs

The Commission on Higher Education and the Professional Regulation Commission sign a memorandum of agreement that would implement a Certificate of Program Compliance or similar CHED-recognized national, regional or international quality assurance certification. The memorandum was signed by CHED Chairman Popoy de Vera and PRC Chairman Charito Zamora in ceremonies at the CHED Headquarters in Quezon City on March 5, 2025. According to de Vera, the MOA will allow colleges to certify their licensure programs compliant with the policies, standards, and guidelines, of CHED.
