00:00Meanwhile, the House Prosecution Panel believes that their impeachment case against Vice President Sara Duterte is stronger.

00:08This is after the new dubious names that are among those who received confidential funds from the OVP.

00:18The evidence held by the camera about the impeachment case against Vice President Sara Duterte is stronger.

00:27In the latest revelation by House Deputy Majority Leader Paulo Ortega,

00:31dubious names are added to those who received confidential funds from the OVP.

00:39Among the so-called Team Grocery are Beverly Claire Pampano, Mico Harina, Patti Ting, Ralph Joseph Bacon, and Salad Kasim.

00:47Like the former names, especially the famous Mary Grace Piatos,

00:51they also do not have any record of marriage or death in the Philippine Statistics Authority.

00:58Ortega will continue where the country's funds went.

01:01For the House Prosecution Panel, this is a big help in the impeachment trial.

01:07We will have a stronger support for Article 2.

01:11If you recall, Article 2 is about confidential funds and our allegations under Article 2 is that there were fictitious names,

01:21a lot of fictitious names, names which have no basis.

01:26Vice President Duterte used to deny that there is no anomaly in the use of confidential funds.

01:32His supporters also denied the use of confidential funds.

01:36It should also be confidential or secret who gave it or where it was used.

01:41But the prosecution has a point there.

01:43The use of fictitious names for confidential funds is not automatically legal

01:49as in fact there are guidelines that the officials have to follow.

01:54For example, we were told that usually the real name of those hiding under fictitious names

02:01are usually given in a sealed envelope.

02:04Malacanang was also asked about this issue.

02:08Maybe it's not just the palace that is wondering.

02:16Maybe the whole country is wondering why the receipts were given by the OVP.

02:26These are the evidences that we will bring to the House of Representatives and to the Senate

02:35if it will be used in the impeachment trial.
