00:09So, we can, let us, rebuild confidence with China, rebuild trust with China,

00:16so that we can be friends again, so that we can enjoy the peace and prosperity

00:22that all Filipinos also need to enjoy.

00:26I would suggest, I would recommend, let's forget, let's put aside the West Philippine Sea.

00:34Let's find ways and means to set aside the West Philippine Sea

00:39and to look for other areas of cooperation.

00:43This year, we're celebrating the 50th anniversary of Philippine-China diplomatic relations.

00:51This was established by President Marcos Sr. in 1975.

00:57This year is our 50th anniversary.

01:00So, we're putting up so many projects in line with the 50th anniversary.

01:05We're doing the Chinese Garden in Loretta Park.

01:08We're doing the Jones Bridge we're going to light up in support of the rehabilitation of passive labor of the First Lady.

01:16We're also doing lighting up the Chinatown.

01:19We want to smooth it out. We want to put lights. We want to beautify it.

01:34So, we will attract tourists to come to Chinatown.

01:37These are projects that we're doing in celebration of our 50th anniversary.

01:42We're also inviting some Chinese cultural groups to come over.

01:48We will also present our Philippine cultural group in our celebration in June.

01:54That was the June 9, the Philippine-China Friendship Day.

01:58And hopefully, we will also bring more tourists and more media people to visit China to strengthen.

02:06Hello, you're invited to join us to go to China.

02:09So, to see what is happening there in China to strengthen a better understanding of China.

02:17I'm visiting Huawei next week to bring my apostles, my relatives.

02:25We are 30 people going to visit Huawei and they invited us.

02:29And last two months ago, we invited 60 people from our federation to visit Huawei.

02:37Huawei will improve a lot.

02:40If you go to Rome, you will see what is happening in Huawei, what is happening in China.

02:46We need to see and understand what they are doing right.

02:51We need to know what they are doing right.

02:54And maybe, we can ask them to help us as far as technology is concerned.

03:01There is a deep-seek, I know you've heard of deep-seek AI.

03:07It's very fast.

03:09Even the U.S. has seen that.

03:13So, what is happening?

03:15Suddenly, their tech stocks collapsed because of deep-seek.

03:19They are doing something right.

03:22They are good.

03:24Let's give it to them.

03:26They have more engineers than lawyers in China.

03:29In Huawei alone, they have 30,000 engineers doing research.

03:35They have no other jobs other than to innovate, to make things better.

03:42Better than today, better than yesterday.

03:45Let's fix it. We can do it.

03:48If they are good, we are good too.

03:50Let's let them do it.

03:52Let's let them do what they are doing right.

03:55All of this is my personal concern for this beautiful Philippine country
