00:00Aberdeen had booked their place in the Scottish Gas Scullers Cup final after a 2-1 win after extra time against Hearts here at Hampden Park.
00:12They needed a goal in the 118th minute from O'Day Daba. He pounced after Craig Gordon made an excellent save from Dante Balbara.
00:19At this point the Jambos were then to nine men unable to hold on following the dismissals of defender Michael Steinbender and midfielder Cammie Devlin.

00:35The Donalds took the lead when Craig Gordon scored no goal in 18 minutes ahead of him Pat Gay hitting the bar and coming down off his legs and into the net.
00:43Hearts responded through Lawrence Shankland ten minutes later and he thought he had a good game on their hands.
00:47But then Steinbender was dismissed in the short of half-time for a foul on Toppy Kessky and a professional foul.

00:55And after that, Hearts really just preserved where they were. Ten men behind the ball, defended diligently.
01:00And Aberdeen showed very little creative now to break through.
01:03It was only when Devlin was sent off right at the end of extra time for two bookings that Aberdeen really went for it.
01:09And they got their goal when Dante Povara's effort was blocked by Gordon and Daba pounced to the net and squirted jubilant scenes away in the corner of the Aberdeen fans.
01:19Not a game that will live long in the memory, you would think, for football purists.
01:22But for Aberdeen, there in the Scottish Cup final, I will return here with a great chance.
