i basically got started when a really nice girl at uni who had a ukulele, gave me a go, and told me how cool it was. for a while i just kidnapped hers, and started to teach myself some chords via googlesearch :) then i wised up, gave hers back and bought my own. thus far i've just been jumping between covers of songs i love, and writing songs i love. :) some people REALLY hate it. like alot. which is a bit alarming, but for the most part, people think its kind of cool, and like to give me a listen. :)
