Meet the dog who is "more well-travelled than some humans" after visiting 25 countries with his devoted owner.

Jonathan Warren, a 10-year-old Chihuahua mix spends most of his time seeing the sights and being treated to a life of luxury.

Owner Amanda Klecker, 37, rescued Jonathan from a shelter in Connecticut when he was just a puppy.

Jonathan quickly got used to Amanda's routine of being on public transport or travelling to see friends and soon enough the duo emBARKED on bigger trips.

After successfully flying with Jonathan to Los Angeles and Vancouver - both roughly a five-hour flight from Amanda's New York City home - she decided he was ready for the next step.

00:00Oh hey you guys, join us on my dog's vacation in Monaco. Jonathan was rescued from a kill shelter
00:04after only seeing the inside of a cage. Now it's my mission to show him as much of the world as
00:08possible to make up for that time. We're staying at the Fairmont Monte Carlo, which is right on
00:12the beach, and the beach here is honestly amazing. Not only is the water super beautiful, but there
00:18are dogs everywhere. Literally it seems like all restaurants and public places are filled with dogs
00:23here. The hotel is also right next to the iconic Monte Carlo casino. If I'm being honest, I'm not
00:28much of a gambler, but this place was beautiful inside. It's so unnecessarily ornate, and the
00:34security guards seemed to get a kick out of Jonathan, which was also fun. Another cool thing
00:37about the hotel is that it overlooks the iconic hairpin turn from Formula One racing. Have you
00:42ever watched F1? No, but the turn looks pretty impressive, so I'm sure people who watch that,
00:48you know, dig it. So for that reason, there's also a lot of racing things around the hotel,
00:52which is, you know, also just fun. The weather was amazing until the morning that we were going to
00:56leave.
