Naked Man Bites K9 Dog

In a recent case, a K9 dog named Lobo was attacked by a naked suspect.
Any worker in law enforcement is always in danger of being assaulted by a criminal and that applies even to dogs. In a recent case, a K9 dog named Lobo was attacked by a naked suspect.
The disturbing incident unfolded in a parking lot in West Valley City, Utah. Officer Todd Zahlmann was sent to the Costco lot after a witness reported seeing a naked man. When the cop pulled up, he spotted the nude male tugging on gas pumps.
Zahlmann got out of his vehicle and warned the man he had a police dog and ordered him to get on the ground. The suspect opted not to listen. Instead he walked towards the officer and k9 in what was called a ‘threatening manner’.
Lobo was released and went after the male. Lobo pounced on him, pushing the suspect to the ground. The K9 was able to nip the man’s chest, but he pulled the dog close and bit him right back, in the neck.
Zahlmann then stepped in to help his partner. Before long , the situation was under control.
While cops aren’t quite sure why the man was naked and acting so bizarrely, he was arrested and charged with lewdness, resisting arrest and interfering with a police service animal.
