Peru: Labor Confederation to Join Public Sector Strike

Peru's General Confederation of Labor, the country's largest trade union federation, announced that it will be joining a strike by public sector workers. The strike is in defense of labor rights, against cutbacks in next year's budget and a new civil service law that unions charge will reduce benefits. teleSUR
