Ingredients:
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Chillies
- Onions
- Carrot
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Chilli Powder
- Pinch of Garam Masala
- Mashed Potatoes
- Tuna Fish
- Coriander
- 2 egg whites
- breadcrumbs

Method:
- In a pan fry – garlic, ginger, chillies, onions, carrots and salt.
- Once the ingredients are cooked add the spices – turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala
- Let the mixture cool
- Mix the mashed potatoes and Tuna fish together.
- Mix together the cooked carrot and onion mix to mashed potatoes and Tuna and coriander
- Heat the oil in pan, make mini cutlets of the mixture, coat them with breadcrumbs, then dip them into the egg whites and fry them in pan.

Fish Cutlets are ready to be served!
