Rajasthani folk is still an undiscovered territory, it has
absolute elements of popular music, in instrumentation,
sound and rhythm ,but till now it has been limited to the local
market, being from Rajasthan the makers have witnessed this
mesmerizing rhythm and sound being limited to local trucks
and radios, and when you pass by a remote area all you hear is
the magic of these very distinct yet peppy numbers, even if it
reached other parts of the world it reached with a stereotypical
image which had more to do with dressing ,getups and distinct
voices than the possibilities in the melody.
