Ingredients
- Oil
- 1 tsp of Jeera
- 1 tsp of ginger
- 1/4 tsp of garlic
- 2 medium sized chopped onions
- 3 medium sized chopped tomatoes
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder
- pinch of turmeric
- water
- 300gm of curd
- 1tsp of gram flour
- 1 green chilli
- kasoori meethi
- coriander leaves

- Turn on gas and in a pan heat oil then add jeera, ginger, garlic, onion and mix well.
- Add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, water
- In a bowl full of curd add gram flour and mix well.
- Add the curd into the masala and let it cook.Add little water to it, green chilli, kasoori meethi and coriander leaves
