Potatoes (boiled & mashed) - 3-4
Gram Flour - 2 tbsp
Bread Crumbs - ½ cup

Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Green Chillies (chopped) - 2
Onion (chopped) - 1
Tomato (chopped) - 1
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds (crushed) - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - ½ tsp
Ghee - 1-2 tsp
Oil (for greasing)

00:00So this juicy, melting in the mouth Gola Kebabs are completely vegetarian.
00:06Let's start.
00:09Since these are veg Gola Kebabs, instead of meat I'll be using Soya granules.
00:17But to make it's texture better, we'll add boiling water to it.
00:22We'll soak the granules in boiling water and leave it for 5-7 minutes on the kitchen counter.
00:29The Soya granules have puffed up nicely.
00:32But now we'll remove the excess water from it.
00:39Let's start making the mixture for the Gola Kebabs.
00:42And these Soya granules have been soaked and puffed in the processor.
00:46Next, we'll add boiled potatoes to it.
00:54Next, for binding we'll add Gram flour.

00:59For a better texture, we'll add breadcrumbs.

01:04Next, for the Gola Kebabs, we'll add fried onions.

01:53Now, we'll grind it well to make a fine mixture for the Gola Kebabs.

02:06The mixture is ready.
02:07First, we'll grease our hands with oil.
02:11Either you can use thick skewers or if you have straws at home,
