Sam & Fred storyline
The series follows the lives and relationships of six disparate friends who, to save money, move into a large, disused hospital.
Sam is a property estate agent (real esate broker). Fred works in an office and is hoping for a promotion. Sam is a ladies' man, Fred is gay. But when they are paired up during a game at Sam's birthday party, a strong friendship emerges and they discover that they have more in common than they would ever have thought.
