Ingredients:-
Ginger (आद्रक)
1 Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)
1 cup Mint Leaves (पुदीना के पत्ते)
1 cup Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया)
2 tsp. Sugar(चीनी)
Water (पानी)
Juice of 1 Lemon (१ नींबू का रस)
3 tsp. Cumin Powder (पिसा हुआ धनिया)
1 tsp. Black Salt (काला नमक)
Asafoetida (हींग)
1 tsp. Black Pepper (काली मिर्च)
Salt to taste (नमक)
1 bowl of ice cubes (१ कटोरी बर्फ)
3 glasses water (३ ग्लास पानी)
Salted Gram Flour Puffs (खारा बूँदी)
Method:-
1. In a mixer/grinder add ginger, green chilli, mint leaves, coriander leaves, sugar, water and grind it well.
2. Add lemon juice, cumin powder, black salt, asafoetida, black pepper, salt to taste, ice cubes and grind it all again.
3. Add 3 glasses of water and grind all of it again.
4. Refreshing Jal Jeera is ready to drink. Serve chilled by garnishing with Gram Flour Puffs and mint leaves.
