Ingredients:-
6 tbsp. Oil
1 tbsp. Mustard Seeds
¼ tsp. Asafoetida
½ tsp. Turmeri Powder
¼ kg. Carrots, chopped
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder

Method:-
- In a kadhai heat oil and add mustard seeds to it.
- Once the seeds crackle, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, carrots, salt and red chilli powder.
- Mix all these ingredients well. Do not let it cook for too long.

Carrot Pickle is ready to serve!

TIP:-
Instead of red chilli powder, pickle masala can be used.
