Veg Maratha is main course Maharashtrian recipe. It is famous for its spicy and delicious taste. Veg Maratha is basically a combination of Veg spicy fritters / Kofta and hot & spicy gravy. This recipe is best to be served with Naan, Tandoori Roti, Chapati or any Indian Bread.

Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Cashew Nuts
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 3 tbsp Dry Coconuts
- 1 tbsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1 tbsp Kitchen King Masala
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Water
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 Carrot (grated)
- 1 cup Cabbage (chopped)
- Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Salt
- 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
- 1 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour

Method:
1. In a blender, take medium-sized finely chopped onion, tomatoes, cashew nuts, sesame seeds, dry coconut, coriander & cumin seeds powder, kitchen king masala, red chilli powder and ginger-garlic paste; grind these ingredients finely.
2. Add water in it and grind again.
3. Heat a wok and add oil to it. Once the oil is heated add the mixture prepared earlier and saute it.
4. Add salt as per taste and let it cook. Later add some water and cover the wok with a lid.
5. Take a big bow and add grated carrots, finely chopped cabbage, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, salt, kitchen king masala, coriander & cumin seeds powder, red chilli powder and all-purpose flour. Mix these ingredients well.
6. Prepare small balls or fritters of this mixture and deep fry them till they are golden brown in colour.
7. Once the gravy is ready, turn off the flame.
8. Take fritters in a serving bowl and pour the gravy on it. Now your Veg Maratha dish is ready to serve!
