Fish Tawa Fry
Marination ingredients
Red Chilly powder 2 Tbsp
Malvani garam masala powder 1/2 Tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tspn
Kokum juice 2 Tbsp
( Kokum aagal)
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 Tbsp
Coriander green chilly paste 1/2 Tbsp
Salt as per taste

This is very popular fish fry item fried on tawa ( griddle) and fried on medium fire with very little oil
Pomfret fish is one of the costliest but very tasty and soft fish very popular in Restaurants and dhabas.
This fish fry is eaten as a starter or cocktail snacks or also as a main course with rice or chapati / roti / bhakri / rice flour pancakes served with fish curry
